Another round of moral panic: “Epstein = Bitcoin” claims rely on guilt-by-association. A decentralized, open protocol has no gatekeeper; bad actors don’t define the rules. Demand evidence, not narratives.
There is a nice book called "The Book of Satoshi" which collects all we've managed to keep from Satoshi's correspondance. The character that emerges from reading those texts clearly (for my mind) proves that someone like Epstein could not have been Satoshi. We are witnessing now is more like a smear compaign aimed at discrediting bitcoin (especially that fake email supposedly from Epstein to Maxwell about choosing name Satoshi or the "little digital mine")!

I don’t think anyone on the plant could have said it better- Bitcoin “badass” Katie strikes again
Ah, finally someone said it! I’m so tired of all the Epstein Bitcoin conspiracy theories.
Thanks for sharing! Absolutely, my posts on X have been getting flooded with people making those unfounded allegations

Bitcoin tracks and records every purchase permanently on the blockchain.
This is why its so suspicious. Its exactly what someone who wanted to control the world would want.
They can turn off your access to it at anytime.
Nobody can turn off access to Bitcoin. Other coins and cbdc yes, Bitcoin no.
I thought they could. I must be mistaken.
Though I was amazed at how hard it is to withdraw into cash. More KYC than opening a bank account. Facial recognition scans. It feels dystopian to me.
